The opportunity
At Unity, Senior Recruiters are strategic leaders and domain experts, driving some of the most complex and critical searches across our global business. In this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end leadership hiring efforts for Unity’s most impactful roles, working autonomously and in close partnership with Senior Management (Director+) stakeholders. You’ll shape search strategy, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and serve as a mentor and trusted advisor across the Talent team.
This is a high-visibility position where your expertise in recruiting operations, strategic decision-making, and market insight will shape the talent landscape at Unity.
