Director of Customer Success

Nametag is an enterprise identity verification platform using Deepfake Defense™ to protect workforce IAM from impersonation, social engineering, and AI-powered threats. We are hiring our first Director of Customer Success to build and lead the function, define strategy and playbooks, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion across large, global enterprise accounts.

Skills

  • Enterprise customer success and account management experience
  • Proven team-building and people-management skills
  • Metrics-driven operational and analytical capability
  • Executive presence and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with long-cycle SaaS implementations and renewals
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, identity or IAM (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the end-to-end customer success strategy to ensure adoption, engagement and value realization across enterprise accounts.
  • Hire, manage, coach and scale the Customer Success team, starting with direct oversight of Customer Experience Managers.
  • Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, health metrics and success plans to measure and drive customer outcomes.
  • Act as trusted executive sponsor to senior IT and security stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs) and lead strategic account conversations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to create a seamless customer journey from onboarding through renewals and expansion.
  • Bring the voice of the customer into product and roadmap decisions to influence product strategy.
  • Drive renewals, expansions and customer advocacy by aligning customer goals to Nametag solutions.
  • Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts and provide executive-level support for escalations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred but not required
