Responsibilities
- Receive, review and route borrower requests to appropriate servicing business units or external parties based on loan documents and service agreements
- Prepare detailed referral packages and investor-required documentation for lender consents (easements, partial releases, condemnations)
- Monitor loan-specific trigger events and ensure timely actions to meet deadlines
- Assist management with risk assessment decisions, including construction draw reviews and servicing transfer considerations
- Manage, escalate and resolve complex client issues and maintain follow-up until completion
- Monitor portfolio reports and adhere to Berkadia policies for open items and issue resolution
- Review lease analyses and enforce approval conditions
- Coordinate with functional units to ensure compliance across servicing systems
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field preferred
