CORE Learning is seeking a CORE Account Executive Specialist to drive sales of professional learning solutions in the South Region, focusing on the Science of Reading and supporting Multilingual Learners.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle, conducting targeted outreach, presenting at conferences, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and reporting.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, deep knowledge of the Science of Reading, experience with Multilingual Learners, and be highly self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years in educational sales or business development.
Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in Texas. Travel of at least 25% is required.
Compensation: $89250 - $89250 / Annually

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, the Account Executive Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the reach of CORE Learning’s products and services. This position is responsible for identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales, while also leading key initiatives such as sales presentations, training sessions, and conference engagements in the East Region.
The Account Executive Specialist will bring both strategic thinking and technical fluency to the sales process, helping to streamline systems and represent CORE Learning as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced salesperson with a deep understanding of the Science of Reading and the needs of Multilingual Learners, and a desire to lead from the front.
CORE is a virtual organization, and this employee can be based anywhere in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates located in Texas. CORE has business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. This role requires a minimum of 25% travel.

This is an Exempt position, with a base annual salary of $89,250. This position also includes a generous incentive compensation plan based on achievement of sales targets. CORE is committed to transparency and equity in compensation. Therefore, compensation offers are not negotiable.
