The Operations Team Manager I role will lead and provide guidance and direction to our Money Market/Mutual Funds & Asset Review team. This role will also work closely with senior leaders in the business to ensure consistent and superior customer service. In this position you will:
You will be responsible for supervising daily operations activities and ensuring our staff is properly developed to carry out their daily responsibilities and effectively service business partners. You will interact with associates through formal and informal means to ensure we are creating a productive, engaged workforce. You will also provide a high level of expertise to business partners and help them provide TUCE to UMB customers. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs.
