Responsibilities
- Own brand activation and GMV growth for Fulfilled by Faire, contributing to program goals through 2026
- Define, track, and manage operational KPIs across the brand journey from onboarding to fulfillment performance
- Partner with 3PL vendors (e.g., ShipBob) to align operations, set accountability, and drive continuous improvement
- Streamline and simplify onboarding workflows to reduce time from sign to activation
- Collaborate with Fulfillment and Product teams to define requirements, incentives, and capabilities to support scale
- Identify blockers to brand adoption, quantify impact, and translate insights into product and process improvements
- Build, hire, and lead a team of onboarding and operations specialists to deliver scalable, repeatable brand success
- Document playbooks, share learnings, and institutionalize processes that improve efficiency and time to value
- Operate with agility: experiment quickly, iterate, and lead 0→1 initiatives within a fast-growing program
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
