Job Purpose:
This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment and growth between TruStage and its distribution partners. The Partner Strategy & Growth Manager will deeply understand partner business models, industry dynamics, and strategic priorities, translating these into actionable KPIs and growth opportunities that align with TruStage’s mission. This position serves as a bridge between partner strategy and TruStage’s solutions, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term partnership success. Additionally, the role will own and drive business development leads as TruStage expands across markets, identifying and advancing high-potential opportunities that fuel strategic growth.

Base Salary Range:
$119,100.00 - $178,700.00
