Account Executive

Location: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, NYC

Goal for this Role

The Account Executive role at Truemed is pivotal in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. You are responsible for identifying and generating strategic opportunities, efficiently managing full-cycle sales, and expanding revenue through cross-selling within Truemed's existing client portfolio.

Beyond closing deals, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business objectives, optimizing both the customer experience and long-term value creation. Success in this role means maximizing revenue, expanding market share, and fostering meaningful partnerships that contribute to Truemed’s overall growth and impact.

Outcomes for this Role

  1. Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets: One of the key outcomes is to consistently meet or surpass sales targets set by the company. Generate new business via outbound and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

  2. Building and Maintaining Strong Client Relationships: Account Executives focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. By understanding clients' needs, providing personalized solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service, they aim to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  3. Driving Business Growth and Expansion: Account Executives play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities for revenue generation, expanding the company's customer base, and strategically positioning its products or services in the market. They contribute to the company's success by capitalizing on market trends, seizing competitive advantages, and maximizing sales potential.

We don’t have hard and fast rules for specific experiences. People we are talking to have backgrounds such as early startup executives, BD, sales operations, consulting, and finance.

We are looking for someone who exhibits autonomy and maturity and is eager to create the best support experience in the wellness world. There are no hard and fast experience or education requirements, although we would love to see a demonstrated history of execution in this space.
