Leader, Sales Operations

Transcarent and Accolade have combined to create a leading, AI-enabled health and care platform serving over 20 million people. The Leader, Sales Operations will partner with commercial leadership, finance, product, and enablement to build scalable sales processes, forecasting, compensation, and analytics that drive predictable revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • BI and dashboarding (Tableau, Excel, SQL)
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling ability
  • Understanding of healthcare revenue and SaaS models
  • Territory and capacity planning
  • Experience deploying AI/automation tools in sales workflows
  • Cross-functional communication and executive presentation skills
  • Budgeting and vendor management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, pipeline coverage analysis, and historical trend models in partnership with Sales and Finance.
  • Translate strategic priorities into GTM roadmaps with Product, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy.
  • Design, document, administer, and pay variable compensation plans across sales functions; manage territory and capacity planning.
  • Create and maintain executive and operational dashboards in Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau to surface KPIs and insights.
  • Own day-to-day Salesforce and sales tech tool administration, driving data integrity, automation, and tool adoption.
  • Build repeatable sales processes and enablement workflows; partner with Sales Enablement on training and coaching.
  • Manage sales tech vendor contracts, budgets, and headcount planning in partnership with Finance and Marketing.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required)
