Sr Solution Consultant - job 1 of 2

Ivalua is a global leader in cloud-based spend management and procurement solutions, helping enterprises improve profitability, ESG performance, and supplier collaboration. We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) who is product-focused, analytical, and fluent in French to support opportunities (including Eastern Canada) by uncovering customer requirements, delivering high-impact demos, and shaping strategic sales pursuits.

Skills

  • Fluency in French (required)
  • 7+ years of pre-sales/solution consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, finance, or supply chain functions
  • Experience selling SaaS/cloud-based enterprise applications
  • Proven ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and demos
  • Proficiency with MS Office and sales forecasting/tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to discover customer objectives, pain points, and project requirements
  • Develop and deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare functional responses to RFPs/RFIs and support bid activities throughout the sales cycle
  • Design and support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Proof of Concepts (POCs) and other pre-sales technical validations
  • Partner with Product Management and R&D to relay customer feedback and influence product improvements
  • Recommend sales and pre-sales strategies to close complex procurement opportunities

Education

  • Preferred university degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
  • Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
