The Opportunity:

JMAC Lending is looking for an exceptional sales leader to implement strategic plans and to recruit and manage a talented team of sales managers and account executives. This year, we are focused on launching our non-delegated correspondent platform, enhancing our national wholesale lending footprint, and cultivating a strong inside sales team. Ideal candidates will boast a stellar track record in mortgage sales, demonstrating not only impressive production numbers but also a commitment to quality, along with a deep expertise in wholesale mortgage sales.

This is a Full-Time/Hybrid Opportunity with Total Compensation ranging from $125,000 - $300,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee growth and profitability of the channel in alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy. Identify and exploit product, territory, technology and other market opportunities.
  • Develop, champion, and execute sales and marketing related initiatives and projects.
  • Work with marketing to establish successful marketing programs and ensure the leads are managed to provide a strong return on investment.
  • Recruit, retain and develop Wholesale, Non-Delegated and Inside Sales talent
  • Lead the sales team to utilize sales systems to manage opportunity, pipeline and contacts using the CRM, LOS, Business Intelligence and other systems.
  • Develop and implement sales talent and performance management plan to recruit, onboard, develop, coach Sales Managers and Account Executives. Provide leadership and coaching to sales management. Conduct performance reviews based on campaigns and quarterly goals for Sales Managers and Account Executives.
  • Identify, develop and utilize business intelligence and KPIs to ensure the team attains all performance goals.
  • Provide seamless execution of the company’s business process and procedures that exceed customer’s expectations. Ensure clients are onboarded, educated and trained on all products and processes.
  • Engage with strategic clients and align relationships between customers and JMAC Lending management.
  • Maintain team compliance with all policies and regulations and demonstrate personal leadership and accountability in this regard.
  • Develop and manage an annual budget for cost of sales. Develop effective incentive and compensation programs for sales.
  • Provide regular feedback and understanding of JMAC Lending’s competitive position from sales and clients.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to maintain and grow profitable and productive business.
  • Over 5 years of experience in mortgage sales leadership, successfully building and managing both inside and outside sales teams.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with an ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • In-depth knowledge of both agency and non-agency guidelines is essential.
  • A proven track record of leadership, empowering individuals to meet goals collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales quotas within a complex sales landscape.
  • Experience in managing territory and planning strategies at both the regional and account levels.
  • Expertise in teaching, coaching, and implementing effective sales methodologies.
  • A thoughtful, disciplined, and passionate leader, recognized by both staff and the industry as a valuable addition to the company.
  • This individual leads by example and is not afraid to dive into the details when necessary.
  • An independent thinker capable of driving cross-functional projects from inception to execution and making impactful changes happen.
