Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing daily office operations, reception duties, mail and package handling, maintaining common areas, supporting meetings and events, and continuous process improvement.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer service or office operations, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include proactive problem-solving skills, self-direction with minimal supervision, and the physical capability to manage supplies and furniture in the office.
Location: This position is based in the College Board NYC office at 225 Liberty Street, requiring a consistent on-site presence, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $50000 - $65000 / Annually
