The College Board is seeking a Director of Learning Systems Enablement (Operations) for a fully remote role to lead the implementation and user adoption of their Learning Management System (LearnUpon), ensuring effective training delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Lead implementation of the LearnUpon LMS, collaborate with stakeholders to optimize training processes, manage user acceptance testing, and develop change management communications and resources.
Skills: Strong strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, proficiency in business analysis and Learning Management Systems, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive organizational change.
Qualifications: 7+ years in relevant fields with direct experience in product enablement, 5+ years of Learning Management System experience, and familiarity with agile environment.

About the Opportunity
The Operations Division is modernizing how we deliver learning solutions to enable high-impact, user-centered experiences. We are seeking a DirectorLearning Systems Enablement to lead the cross-functional execution, implementation, and adoption of College Board’s enterprise Learning Management System (LearnUpon). This role operates at the intersection of product delivery, systems implementation, user enablement, and change management—ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) delivers measurable value to both internal teams and external learners.As the primary point of contact for internal training and content creators,you will guide stakeholders in leveraging LearnUpon’scapabilities to develop and deliver high-quality training programs. You will gather business requirements, translate user needs into functional solutions, and collaborate with Technology to enhance platform capabilities and effectiveness. This role requires a strong strategic thinker and collaborative leader who can connect the dots across technical, operational, and programmatic teams to drive system adoption and continuous improvement.
