The College Board is seeking a Special Assistant to the CEO in New York, responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and daily operational support within a collaborative executive team environment.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings and logistics, handling travel arrangements, and providing logistical and personal support to the CEO.
Skills: Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with complex scheduling and travel logistics.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a BA degree and a minimum of 5 years in administrative support for senior executives.
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in New York at least twice a week, with additional travel for College Board business as needed.
Compensation: $100000 - $136000 / Annually

The Office of the CEO is a small, close-knit team that operates at the center of College Board, helping leads College Board’s daily execution, strategic direction and guide its culture. The eight-member team includes our CEO, President, and Chief of Staff; we collaborate daily with colleagues across the 1,800-person organization. You are an expert in anticipating and solving problems before they arise; you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and have a strong orientation towards making days operating smoothly and delivering kindness and caring touches along the way.In this role, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, support travel and expenses, and ensure daily operations run seamlessly. You will report to the Chief of Staff and also take regular direction from the CEO and President.
