- Evaluate developer studies ensuring water/sewer system capacity
- Perform water/sewer system modeling using InfoWater, WaterGEMS, or EPANET
- Lead wholesale capacity analysis and long-term infrastructure planning
- Troubleshoot complex issues using SCADA and flow meter data
- Collaborate across departments for resilient water infrastructure solutions
- Support Capital Delivery, Master Planning, and Impact Fee studies
- Provide expert guidance to both internal and external stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
