Responsibilities
- Conduct stormwater environmental compliance inspections and investigations
- Collect environmental data and samples related to various issues
- Perform MS4 compliance and enforcement, including illicit discharge investigations and industrial stormwater inspections
- Prepare technical investigation reports and documentation
- Support education, training, and administrative efforts within the team
- Participate in State and Municipal hearings and court proceedings
- Maintain use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Communicate violations and noncompliance to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in biology, chemistry, environmental science or related field from an accredited college
- Ability to complete 40 hours HAZWOPER and 24 hours HAZMAT Emergency Response Training
- Valid Driver’s License
