Responsibilities
- Review construction plans for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Manage complex water/sewer projects from pre-development to post-construction phases.
- Interpret design requirements per Texas Commission on Environmental Quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership to engineering technicians and department staff.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Capital Delivery Section.
- Oversee pre-development meetings, zoning cases, plats, and Board of Adjustment cases.
- Analyze planning and development issues and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with Field Operation staff regarding construction-related matters.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
