- Basic failure analysis using X-ray, cross-section, polishing

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
Responsibilities
- Own and manage PCBA processes and products for in-house production
- Drive processes for volume production including manufacturing execution, nonconforming product management, and process control
- Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies alongside design engineers
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training
- Track schedules, work-in-progress, and defect rates of products
- Identify trends for optimizing product output, quality, and cost
- Drive corrective actions and continuous process improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, industrial, electrical, or related engineering discipline
