As an AI engineer, you'll design and build the intelligent foundation powering Doe's agents. You'll work on planning, memory, retrieval, and orchestration with production impact from day one.
What you'll do:
Architect LLM agent systems using OpenAI, LangGraph, Assistants API, etc.
Design long-term memory and vector search pipelines (LanceDB, Pinecone, etc.)
Build retrieval systems that interface with messy enterprise data (APIs, PDFs, emails)
Optimize agent reasoning, tool use, grounding, and autonomy
