Full Stack Engineer - AI First
We're building Doe - an autonomous AI workforce for private equity-backed rollups. From procurement to compliance, our agents operate critical business workflows for DSOs, veterinary groups, med spas, and more.
We're hiring in-person full stack engineers to work closely with the team. You’ll help build the foundation of a powerful, AI-native platform designed to reshape operational efficiency across fragmented systems.
What you'll do:
Own core product architecture across frontend and backend
Build and scale chat + agent interfaces powered by LLMs
Rapidly ship features, tools, and integrations with complex systems (ERPs, vendor portals, etc.)
Optimize infrastructure for real-time execution, reliability, and speed
You might be a fit if you:
