Skills
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, and React
- Experience designing APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
- Practical knowledge of LLM integration including prompt construction and agent orchestration
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
- Agile development methodologies and MVP delivery experience
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack AI solutions powering intelligent agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent development with customer needs and business priorities
- Apply LLM-driven workflows such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation and structured output agents
- Build reusable components to streamline future agent development
- Ensure architectural soundness, scalability, and maintainability of AI integrations
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices via code reviews and design sessions
- Partner with product squads to ensure smooth handoff and extensibility of AI agents
- Evaluate and adopt new AI capabilities to enhance agent performance and efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
