- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build user-facing and backend AI agent systems integrated with Ridgeline’s data model
- Apply generative AI techniques for performance and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer pain points and deliver impactful solutions
- Participate in rapid prototyping, MVP builds, and iterative development cycles
- Develop reusable components and streamline agent development
- Write well-tested, production-ready code maintaining high quality standards
- Stay updated on generative AI and cloud engineering trends
- Share knowledge and improve collective AI engineering capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
