Skills
- 8+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Leadership on cross-team or high-impact technical initiatives.
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience designing APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native apps (AWS preferred).
- Understanding of integrating LLMs, prompt construction, and agent orchestration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile development, MVP delivery, and iterative AI experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent development with business needs.
- Apply large language model-driven workflows such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Build reusable components to streamline future development.
- Ensure architectural soundness, scalability, and maintainability of AI integrations.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence through reviews and best practices.
- Partner with product teams for smooth handoff and extensibility of delivered agents.
- Evaluate and adopt new AI capabilities to enhance agent performance and efficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
