Responsibilities
- Guide a team of full-stack engineers developing AI agent capabilities integrated with Ridgeline's cloud platform
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI platform teams to define technical strategy and prioritize customer solutions
- Stay hands-on with coding for rapid prototyping and architectural planning
- Promote engineering excellence with strong design patterns, rigorous code reviews, and high testing standards
- Coach engineers through feedback and delegation to support velocity and career growth
- Drive agile processes for clarity, accountability, and fast iteration
- Integrate AI workflows like Retrieval-Augmented Generation and observability frameworks into production
- Build a collaborative, inclusive team culture emphasizing continuous learning and feedback
- Ensure alignment and coordination with multiple Ridgeline teams across locations
- Champion innovation and practical AI experimentation within the engineering culture
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
