Most of the world’s knowledge isn’t online, it’s inside people’s heads. Terac is building an AI-powered interview engine that scales deep human conversations into actionable insights. Companies use Terac to replace slow, manxual research with AI-moderated interviews that run 1,000+ conversations in parallel and return answers to customers within hours. Terac:
Designs interviews.
Finds the right participants.
Conducts interviews.
Analyzes the responses.
Fortune 500 companies spend hundreds of millions on consultants to do this. Terac automates it.
As a Sales Rep, you’ll own the full sales cycle from qualifying leads and running discovery, to closing deals and activating happy customers. You’ll work directly with the founder and product team to shape positioning, refine pricing, and build the foundation for a world-class revenue org.
Your responsibilities will include:
Turning warm inbound interest into qualified pipeline and closed revenue
Running high-conviction discovery with product, research, and insight teams
Owning deal strategy and leading conversations from first call to signed contract
Collaborating with product to turn customer feedback into new capabilities
Helping define our sales process, CRM hygiene, and early playbook
Identifying new market segments and running outbound experiments where needed
Contributing directly to revenue strategy, messaging, and GTM roadmap
You’ll also be the face of Terac to some of our biggest and earliest customers. Your fingerprints will be all over how we sell and scale.
Proven success in B2B enterprise sales
Experience in early-stage SaaS or technical sales (0→1 or 1→10 motion)
Strong discovery, consultative selling, and deal-driving ability
Comfortable working autonomously and iterating fast
Excitement about working closely with founders, product, and engineering
Bonus: interest in research, AI, or voice/video tooling
