Responsibilities
- Input client data into agency management software (Sagitta).
- Prepare and pre-complete renewal schedules and applications.
- Create client files and prepare reports including loss ratio analysis.
- Coordinate certificate-holder lists and confirm coverage details.
- Assist with mid-term endorsement requests and follow-up on underwriting subjectivities.
- Support program analysis, contract review, and policy workflow processes.
- Provide day-to-day client service support including email and phone inquiries.
- Serve as backup for brokers when needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in risk management or insurance.
- Alternatively, 1-2 years of experience in insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier.
