Capture Manager

Strategic Growth Partners (SGP) is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to support federal, state, and commercial pursuits. This role leads opportunity capture from early intelligence through bid decision and proposal submission, driving winning strategies and influencing customer engagement.

Workplace Type: Remote.

Compensation: 1099, Hourly rate is open.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead capture efforts for high-value opportunities across civilian, defense, and commercial markets.

· Develop capture plans, competitive assessments, call plans, and solution strategies.

· Shape customer requirements through early engagement and relationship-building.

· Coordinate with proposal teams, technical SMEs, and BD leadership to align strategy.

· Conduct Black Hat reviews, price-to-win analyses, and teaming negotiations.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of capture management experience in government contracting.

· Proven track record of winning contracts over $10M.

· Strong knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle.

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams remotely.
