Qualifications: Candidates should have 1+ years of relevant experience in outreach or account coordination, be self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Location: The job is based in New York, New York, and requires a reliable computer and high-speed internet, with a professional workspace for remote work.
Compensation: $20 - $22 / Hourly

We are looking for a highly organized and goal-driven Externship Development Representatives to help grow and manage our externship site network. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new clinical partnerships that provide diverse and valuable opportunities for our students.
This role is critical to ensuring we have the capacity to support our growing student base with quality externship placements. You will be the front line of outreach and relationship-building, ensuring our clinical partners are aligned with Stepful’s mission and standards.
