Statsig is at an exciting inflection point: our headcount and revenue have scaled quickly, and we’re looking to invest in the next phase of our growth by hiring a Recruiting Manager. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we build our team: leading and developing our recruiting function, leveling up our tools and systems, and ensuring we hire exceptional people to support our mission.

Lead and grow the recruiting team: Manage and mentor recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Be a player-coach: Roll up your sleeves and directly own high-priority or hard-to-fill reqs when needed, especially as we scale.
Build and scale recruiting operations: Design and improve processes that enable fast, high-quality hiring across all teams.
Drive headcount planning and org design: Partner with finance and team leads to forecast, plan, and adjust hiring in line with company goals.
Optimize our recruiting tech stack: Own the tools and systems that power our talent function, from ATS to sourcing tools to reporting infrastructure.
Level up reporting and visibility: Track and communicate key hiring metrics and insights to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
Own our employer brand: Help Statsig stand out to top talent by shaping our external brand and storytelling in partnership with marketing and design.
Statsig is seeking a strategic, hands-on recruiting leader who embodies the Statsig values and brings:
Proven leadership experience - at least 2 years of experience managing and developing recruiting teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Comfort operating as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with individual execution on high-impact roles
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement
Scrappy approach - able to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and move quickly when opportunities arise
Experience partnering with finance and department heads on headcount planning and org design
