Bilingual Front Desk Representative - Dental Practice
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional, friendly manner.
- Manage patient scheduling, recalls, appointment setting, and confirmations.
- Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
- Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Support daily front office operations to ensure smooth practice flow.
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Sundays: Off
- One additional day off during the week
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- 1 years previous dental office or medical office experience.
- Knowledge of Open Dental software a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
