Skills: 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer service, or account management, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish is preferred, along with a strong problem-solving ability and alignment with Wonderschool's values.
Location: San Francisco, requires in-person attendance 3 days a week and travel up to 50%.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.
