Lead Product Marketing Manager, Data Products and Research

Spring Health is a rapidly scaling mental health technology company delivering evidence-based care to employers and their employees. The Lead Product Marketing Manager, Data Products and Research will partner with Data Products and HEOR teams to translate clinical and outcomes research into clear market messaging, own pricing/value communication, and enable revenue and GTM teams to drive adoption and credibility of Spring Health’s data-driven offerings.

Skills

  • 7–10 years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or data-driven organizations
  • Ability to translate technical and research-based content for non-technical audiences
  • Experience partnering with data science, clinical, or research teams to commercialize insights
  • Proven experience supporting pricing and value communication in enterprise sales cycles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a compelling value story that reflects Spring Health’s data innovations and methodologies
  • Translate HEOR research and outcomes studies into simple, persuasive market-facing messaging and assets
  • Equip sales and revenue teams with tools and language to explain pricing models and value to prospects and customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, HEOR, Marketing, and Enablement on strategic GTM initiatives
  • Partner with growth marketing to increase visibility and credibility of research and data offerings
  • Create impactful sales and marketing materials that accelerate deal cycles and support enterprise negotiations
  • Ensure consistent internal alignment and enablement around pricing strategy and research outputs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or similar) preferred but not required
