Lead Product Marketing Manager, Atlas

Spring Health is a rapidly scaling mental health benefits provider on a mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare. The Lead Product Marketing Manager will own product marketing for Atlas, Spring Health’s data and analytics suite for HR leaders—driving messaging, go-to-market execution, and adoption across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to increase platform engagement and business impact.

Skills

  • 7–10 years product marketing experience, preferably B2B SaaS, analytics, healthcare, or employer services
  • Expertise in product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategy
  • Ability to translate complex data tools into clear value propositions for HR and business audiences
  • Experience driving adoption and utilization of digital products, especially dashboards/analytics
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics to guide strategy and measure outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain compelling, evolving messaging and positioning for Atlas aligned to product innovation and feature releases
  • Ensure Atlas is accurately represented across sales collateral, external communications, and marketing channels
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to design and execute activation strategies that drive platform utilization and MAU growth
  • Collaborate with broader marketing to create thought leadership that positions Atlas as a category-defining analytics solution for HR leaders
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to launch features and GTM initiatives successfully
  • Measure and report on product marketing impact using relevant metrics (e.g., MAU, adoption, renewals) and iterate on strategy

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
