Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle sales processes, exceed revenue goals, and build strong relationships with K-12 decision-makers through virtual meetings.
Skills: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications: Experience in selling STEM solutions, existing relationships with school district leaders, and a growth mindset are preferred.
Location: This position is remote-based but candidates should ideally be located in Ohio.
Compensation: $107000 - $138000 / Annually

What You Will Do:
The Account Executive is a highly influential, remote-based sales role responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within an assigned geographic territory. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships with key decision-makers to negotiating and closing district-wide deals. This role requires the expert use of video conferencing and phone calls to conduct virtual meetings, where you will build deep partnerships with school and district leaders. Your primary objective is to meet and exceed your annual sales quota, establishing Sphero as the preferred STEAM solution in your region.
As a remote-based Account Executive, you are more than just a salesperson; you are a trusted consultant and an agent of change for the school districts in your territory. You will represent a beloved, innovative brand and be on the front lines of the movement to integrate robotics and computer science into K-12 education.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $107,000 - $138,000 OTE. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
