Pros
Great ownership and management! They really listen when you have suggestions and don't just listen, they implement them whenever they make sense and can contribute to company growth. I feel valued and part of a great team. Recruiting is supported by smart account management with detailed reqisition notes. I have been in staffing for 19 years and have never worked for a more quality based agency. Hybrid work schedule and I love coming in the 2-3 days I do because of the collaboration. And I was a die hard remote recruiter before.Cons
