Senior Product Manager – Integrations & Payroll
Skills
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B, fintech, benefits, healthcare, or regulated/data-intensive domains
- Proven experience with API integrations, vendor/partner management, and integration roadmaps
- Strong understanding of payroll logic, deductions, benefits calculations, or related downstream systems
- Comfortable working with schemas, data models, and exception handling
- Excellent cross-functional and partner-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for integrations and payroll capabilities
- Own product logic for payroll deductions, benefits calculations, and leave-related reporting
- Collaborate directly with external vendors (HRIS, payroll, state APIs) and internal partners (engineering, compliance, legal, operations)
- Design and maintain robust API schemas, data mappings, and integration workflows
- Surface and resolve regulatory and operational edge cases with internal compliance and legal teams
- Drive partner onboarding, vendor relationships, and technical integrations end-to-end
- Measure and iterate on integration reliability, data accuracy, and downstream impacts
- Build foundational infrastructure to scale integrations that affect millions of workers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience) preferred
- Relevant domain experience in payroll, HRIS, or regulated industries may substitute for formal degree
