Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
- Source passive and active candidates through diverse channels including cold outreach and targeted campaigns
- Screen applicants and coordinate candidate interviews, including giving facility tours for onsite candidates
- Attend interviews with hiring teams to evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations
- Manage the full offer process: negotiate packages, initiate background checks, and extend offer letters
- Coordinate candidate experience and logistics for onsite interview days
- Track and report recruiting metrics and provide data-driven hiring insights
- Organize ad hoc networking events and execute non-standard sourcing strategies
Education
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years recruiting experience
- OR Associate degree plus 2+ years recruiting experience
- OR 3+ years professional recruiting experience in lieu of degree
