Starlink Enterprise Account Lead, Oceania

SpaceX’s Starlink team is building a global low-latency broadband service and is hiring an Enterprise Account Lead to own onboarding, order execution, and ongoing relationship management for enterprise and reseller customers across Oceania. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, customer-focused, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive scalable account setups, improve workflows, and support growth across Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and reseller partners in Oceania, owning onboarding, order execution, and account health
  • Resolve issues related to shipments, invoicing, service activation, and payment status to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Define and implement repeatable workflows and playbooks to scale reseller account management
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Tax, Legal, Support, and Engineering to escalate blockers and improve handoffs
  • Monitor account health metrics (order velocity, activations, churn, escalations) and act on trends
  • Translate customer feedback into tooling and process improvements
  • Document playbooks, templates, and workflows to improve scalability for telcos, IT resellers, and integrators

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Or high school diploma/equivalency with 2+ years of related professional experience
