Customer Success Manager III

User Interviews is a fully remote company that helps product teams run user research by recruiting and managing research participants. They seek an entrepreneurial, analytical, and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager III to own a portfolio of subscription customers, drive onboarding, retention, and expansion, and help build scalable CS processes.

Skills

  • 4-6+ years in SaaS Customer Success or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform account plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote environment
  • Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Organized multi-tasker able to manage a portfolio independently

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and activate new subscription customers end-to-end
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple client advocates
  • Develop and optimize touch points and segmentation through Joint Success Planning
  • Collaborate with Sales to support renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Manage a book of business focused on achieving gross retention targets
  • Generate qualified expansion leads for the sales/renewals team
  • Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and team OKRs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in SaaS
  • Continuous learning mindset — interest in user research and customer-centric practices
