In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how future physicians experience AMBOSS during one of the most important stages of their journey, when they first enter hospitals and begin caring for patients. You will lead the planning, organization, and execution of events, webinars, and initiatives that expand AMBOSS’s presence and adoption across US medical schools. From building networks of student leads and orchestrating on-campus engagement to managing all assets including emails, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns, you will take full ownership of the initiatives that bring AMBOSS to life for clerkship students.

You will:
Lead the US Roadshow program for Clerkship students, driving initiatives that grow AMBOSS’s presence and adoption across medical schools
Build and activate a network of student leads, turning them into event organizers and spokesperson on campus to amplify AMBOSS through peer-to-peer recommendations
Take charge behind the scenes: Partner with student leads to plan and tailor events, enabling our team of AMBOSSador presenters to deliver engaging, high-impact demos that drive user growth and on-campus engagement
Take full ownership of all initiative assets, including emails, landing pages, presentation decks, pitches, performance marketing ads designed to engage and win over Clerkship students
Use data to identify growth opportunities, refine strategies, and measure success
Collaborate closely with Pre-Clinical Account Managers, Clinical teams, Marketing, and B2B teams to align efforts and strengthen AMBOSS’s presence in the US market
2–4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related roles, bonus if it’s in healthcare, education, or SaaS
Outstanding communication skills, able to connect with students, educators, and cross-functional teams
Analytical and strategic thinker with experience creating data-driven projects that identify opportunities, optimize growth, and deliver market impact.
Exceptional organizational skills, thriving while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
A collaborative mindset, partnering effectively across teams to execute integrated strategies
Self-starter energy, taking ownership of projects from concept to execution
A genuine passion for healthcare education and shaping the experience of future clinicians
The annual salary for this position is a range of $72,000 - $80,000, depending on different factors such as experience, skills and impact.
