- RF/microwave circuit design experience
- Proficiency with 3D EM simulation tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum & signal analyzers, VSG)
- Knowledge of digital communication systems and modulation schemes
- Experience with RF PCB schematic/layout tools (Altium or similar)
- Programming for modeling and test automation (Python, Matlab, LabVIEW, C++)
Responsibilities
- Simulate and model end-to-end communication and RF subsystems using 3D EM and circuit tools
- Derive top-level RF link and subsystem specifications and assess design feasibility
- Design, implement and verify RF circuits (e.g., PAs, LNAs, mixers, filters, PLLs)
- Collaborate with system architects, antenna, modem/DSP, and ASIC engineers to partition functions
- Characterize and analyze system and radio performance at microwave frequencies
- Provide technical support for regulatory, coordination, and market access activities
- Develop test automation and measurement procedures for RF validation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with RF emphasis (preferred)
