Skills
- Strong engineering and solutions-architecture experience with distributed systems, workflow execution, and state management.
- Proficiency in one or more Temporal SDK languages (e.g., Go, Java, Python) and building developer tooling.
- Experience designing reference architectures and production-ready accelerators for enterprise environments.
- Ability to create high-quality technical content: demos, tutorials, blog posts, and videos.
- Data-driven mindset for measuring and iterating on developer adoption efforts.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and community engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build interactive, enterprise-scenario tutorials, solution accelerators and reference architectures that enable POC-to-production adoption.
- Develop production-ready tools, demos, guides, diagrams, videos, and prescriptive technical content addressing resilience, state management, and workflow execution challenges.
- Collaborate with GTM to analyze vertical-specific distributed systems problems and design foundational solutions for industry adoption.
- Use metrics and user data to prioritize and iterate on tooling and content effectiveness.
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure consistent integrations, messaging, and developer experience.
- Act as a senior technical representative in community channels, conferences, forums, and Slack to support and evangelize Temporal.
- Collect structured customer and community feedback to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
