We are seeking an AI Innovation Specialist to lead intelligent automation initiatives across a rapidly growing, technology-driven organization. This role combines business intelligence, engineering, and process improvement, offering the opportunity to transform workflows and enhance productivity at scale. You will design, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions, modern orchestration platforms, and seamless integrations across departments including Operations, Finance, HR, and Guest Services. • Accountabilities:
• Partner with department leaders to identify workflow bottlenecks and high-impact opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable automation solutions using AI, scripts, and orchestration tools.
• Build and maintain API integrations to connect disparate systems and create seamless data flows.
• Deploy modern orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, or similar) to manage multi-step automated workflows.
• Track and measure performance of automation initiatives through dashboards and KPIs.
• Train teams on AI-driven solutions to ensure adoption and maximize operational impact.
• Establish a systematic approach to prioritize automation opportunities based on measurable business outcomes.
• Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, business intelligence, or technical operations, preferably in high-growth or top-tier tech environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL) and webhooks.
• Familiarity with modern orchestration tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong process improvement mindset with the ability to evaluate and implement both simple and complex AI-powered workflows.
• Excellent collaboration skills, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.
• Ability to prioritize initiatives based on impact metrics such as cost savings and productivity gains.
• Must be located remotely and able to work within the US Central Timezone.
