Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Resource Project Operations Manager to support the Campus segment. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. • assist with day-to-day operations

What You Bring

• Demonstrate the ability to develop exceptional client relationships, ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments, as well as lead and motivate the management team
• Possess strong leadership skills, computer skills, culinary knowledge, and food and beverage cost controls
• Are successful in effectively training and developing front-line hourly employees and managers for promotion
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service 
• Possess superior interpersonal skills, able to articulate ideas, thoughts and opinions, professionally and clearly within all levels of client and Sodexo's organizations

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
