- Familiarity with SCADA and remote monitoring tools
- Ability to read electrical single-line and three-line diagrams
- Vendor and contractor management
- Budgeting and operational reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Reactivate’s solar portfolio with emphasis on safety and environmental compliance
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities across sites
- Serve as primary interface with third-party O&M providers, asset managers and suppliers
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and communications issues including inverter and tracker faults
- Procure parts, materials and services and support technical issue resolution
- Conduct quality assurance inspections of third-party technician work
- Develop and implement O&M procedures aligned with state and local regulations
- Prepare annual O&M budgets and provide regular operational status reports
- Manage expenditures against approved plans and budgets
- Support field technicians with on-site maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Coordinate vegetation management and snow removal services
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field OR technical degree
- Relevant industry certifications or technical training preferred
