Role Overview

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens MA.  The current food landscape consist of Cafe that is open for Breakfast and Lunch only, a Micro-Market, Office Coffee Services, and Catering Operations.  The General Manager will be the number 1 on site and oversee the day to day operation. 

Incentives

Predominately a M-F schedule, but flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed

  • Managing the budget/finances for the business
  • Client interaction
  • Implementing Sodexo food programs
  • Looking for ways to drive revenue and growth
  • Leading, training, and developing a team of 1 salaried manager and 5 union hourly employees
  • Project management
  • Procurement
  • HACCP and sanitation

What You Bring

A strong focus on customer service, Strong financial acumen, and attention to detail are key in our selection process.  Computer skills and basic accounting skills are required. Able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals.  Valid Driver's License required
