- Minimum 5 years proven field experience in commercial HVAC
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC service manager or supervisory role
- Working knowledge of HVAC techniques, tools, and safety precautions
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with confidentiality awareness
- Proficient with computers including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication with customers and technicians
Responsibilities
- Review and manage repair quotes submitted by service providers and submit to National Accounts customers
- Conduct strategic account review meetings focused on total cost of ownership and spend optimization
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, technicians, and dispatch
- Evaluate and resolve technical HVAC issues and billing problems of a technical nature
- Support customer service/dispatch with technical troubleshooting
- Track trends in spend and recommend actions to maximize equipment uptime
- Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular, reliable attendance
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical/trade school or associate degree in HVAC or related field preferred
- HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE) preferred
