Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising directives and floor sets in partnership with the Visual Manager
- Manage shipments, receiving, processing, transfers, and stock replenishment
- Plan and execute visual floor changes while managing payroll and zone resources
- Leverage reporting tools to identify product placement and inventory opportunities
- Support budgeting, inventory control, vendor relationships, supplies, and facilities
- Coach, develop, and provide feedback to associates to improve performance
- Open and close the store following company operational and visual standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional store leads to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail, merchandising, or related coursework preferred
