Associate Account Executive

Overview

As an Associate Account Executive at Dynabook Americas (DBA), you will play a key supporting role in driving sales growth while developing your own skills as a future Sales Account Executive. This entry-level, field-based role is ideal for candidates beginning their sales careers. You will work closely with Senior Account Executives and internal departments to assist with pipeline development, customer engagement, and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives with lead qualification, CRM updates, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in customer calls and product demos to learn consultative selling techniques.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Identify new leads and research potential customers in target markets.
  • Perform outreach under guidance of senior staff.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Shadow senior Sales Executives to learn about the sales process.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaign follow-ups.
  • Work with Order Management, Credit, and Service to support customers.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute process improvement ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and remote tools.
  • Hunter mentality. Looking for a sales representative that has a passion for growing and developing new business. Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset.

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $59,200 - $73,000. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
