Commercial Sales Analyst - Midwest

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company known for disruptive consumer products across multiple categories. The Commercial Sales Analyst will support US Sales with retail and category insights focused on Midwest accounts, translating large datasets into sell-in stories, supporting forecasting, and driving strategic decisions through cross-functional collaboration.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, large datasets, charting)
  • Power BI for dashboards and visualization
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, NPD)
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of retail sales cycles and promotional mechanics
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into simple commercial takeaways
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Analyze POS sales, shipment data, and consumer lift metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as internal expert on category performance, pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and present compelling sell-in stories and insights to retailer buyers using syndicated and shopper data.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and demand planning to align forecasts with market trends and retailer performance.
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, shelf space, and promotional presence.
  • Represent the customer voice across product, marketing, and supply chain discussions.
  • Respond to ad hoc sales questions with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
